I’ve just ordered my second pair of these shoes because they’re so good. Even though they look very narrow, they have never given me a blister before. I used to wear a lot of shoes with large toe boxes to avoid blisters but did not have as much success with those as I have with my Hettas. I wear my Hettas with custom-made orthotics inserted, leaving me with even less space inside of the shoe, and have had no problems with them whatsoever.

Previous brands of shoes that I have tried have given me pain in my joints and specifically my hips, but I have not had any pain like this since wearing my Hettas. Overall, I feel like I have had more pain-free runs and better recovery from my long runs since wearing these shoes.

As recommended on their website, I did order a half size up. I normally wear an 8.5, so I ordered a 9. It’s a perfect fit.

On top of these shoes being my favourite ever, the Hettas team is friendly, responsive, and helpful. I’m so excited for a new pair Hettas to arrive in the mail!

I really wanted to love these shoes. I was excited to try them. I got a size 6, but could tell right away they were toobig (heel slipping). So I returned them and got a 5.5.

They’re ok. They’re super narrow though, and I have tiny feet, so not sure how anyone with regular width feet would feel.

Have been on a few runs with them. Have a bit of a blister from a 5k run.

I don’t think I would buy again but will keep them for awhile. They’re mamageable but not as comfy as say my Brooks trail runners.
